1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

Boca Telecom LLC provides telecommunications infrastructure services including but not limited to SIP trunking, DID provisioning, call routing, and related voice services. Our services are intended for business use by qualified entities.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be a legally formed business entity in good standing, provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Truth in Caller ID Act, or any other telecommunications regulations
• Transmit robocalls, spam, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
• Spoof or manipulate caller ID information with intent to defraud or cause harm
• Interfere with or disrupt our network or services
• Resell or redistribute our services without prior written authorization

5. Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the TCPA, TSR, FCC regulations, and state telemarketing laws. You agree to maintain appropriate Do Not Call procedures and honor all opt-out requests.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boca Telecom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boca Telecom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
